Kev vam meej ntawm BNC cov pob qij txha yog qhov tseem ceeb rau kev saib xyuas video. Yog tias cov kauj ruam tsis raug thaum lub vuam txheej txheem, kev soj ntsuam video yuav tsis tso cov duab, cuam tshuam, cov duab tsis meej, snowflakes thiab lwm yam teeb meem. Yog li ntawd, yog tias koj tsis nkag siab txog BNC txoj kev sib koom ua ke, koj yuav tsum nyeem cov ntsiab lus hauv qab no kom zoo.
Peb cov kws tshaj lij hluav taws xob tau taw qhia tias BNC connectors tuaj yeem raug crimped, sib sau ua ke thiab welded, thiab tsim cov crimped BNC connectors yuav tsum tau tshwj xeeb hlau clamp thiab hluav taws xob riam. Cov kauj ruam tsim khoom ntawm crimped BNC connector yog raws li nram no:
1. stripping
Lub coaxial cable yog tsim los ntawm kev tiv thaiv roj hmab, hlau thaiv hlau (grounding shield wire), opalescent pob tshab rwb thaiv tsev txheej thiab tub ntxhais hlau (xov tooj hlau) los ntawm sab nraud mus rau sab hauv. Cov tub ntxhais hlau yog tsim los ntawm ib lossis ob peb lub xov tooj tooj liab. Cov hlau thaiv hlau yog cov hlau mesh woven los ntawm cov hlau hlau. Sab hauv thiab txheej txheej ntawm cov neeg xyuas pib tau ntim nrog opalescent pob tshab rwb thaiv tsev. Sab hauv thiab txheej txheej ntawm cov conductors tseem coaxial. Nws yog hu ua coaxial cable. Tshem tawm cov roj hmab tiv thaiv sab nraud ntawm coaxial cable los ntawm 1.5 cm nrog rab riam. Ceev faj tsis txhob txiav cov hlau thaiv kab hlau rhuav, thiab tom qab ntawd strip lub opalescent pob tshab rwb thaiv tsev txheej sab nraum cov tub ntxhais hlau los ntawm 0.6 cm kom nthuav tawm cov tub ntxhais hlau;
2. Txuas cov tub ntxhais hlau
3. Sib dhos BNC connector
Tom qab txuas cov tub ntxhais hlau, ua ntej ntxig lub tes tsho hlau tiv thaiv rau hauv coaxial cable, thiab tom qab ntawd ntxig cov tub ntxhais hlau tus pin rau pem hauv ntej los ntawm lub nraub qaum ntawm lub BNC connector lub cev, thiab cov ntaub thaiv npog yog twisted rau hauv ib thooj thiab dhau los ntawm sab. qhov;
4. Vuam
Siv lub tshuab hluav taws xob hluav taws xob los txuas cov tub ntxhais hlau thiab cov ntaub thaiv npog rau qhov chaw vuam ntawm BNC lub taub hau, thiab tom qab ntawd npog lub tes tsho mos mos thiab lub tes tsho.
